State-of-the-Art

The building was opened in 2003 and built by latest standards regarding sound proofing and thermal insulation. Noise control refers not only to the solid and soundproof brick masonry, soundproof windows and massive doors but extends into many more details. The entrance doors makes each apartment accessible from the outside which eliminates the need for loud hall stairs and and the doors provide more security.

The garden (yard) has a size of approx. 2,500 square meters (27,000 sq.ft.) and can be used by the tenants: Enjoy a barbecue, volleyball, badminton, or just relax in a quiet atmosphere under our huge signature chestnut tree which separates our yard from the adjacent meadows with horses. For children, we have also swings and a slide. Parents of younger children also appreciate that the garden (yard) is completely fenced. Not to forget: during the summer season you are welcome to enjoy the fruits from our cherry, pears and apple trees.
